The latest news of HR4

Fantastic news! HR4 has unanimously passed out of subcommittee and will be in front of the full House Education Committee early next week! HR 4 would allow municipalities in Georgia to create their own school systems if they wished to, something that is currently prohibited by the Georgia state constitution.
